  • Do you allow food or drink inside the gaming trailer?
    No, we do not allow food or beverages inside of the game theater.
  • Is there an age limit?
    No, but players under the age of 5 must be supervised by an adult.
  • How much space is needed for parking/setup?
    We ask that our customers reserve at least 60' of space for parking. Due to the length of the truck and trailer we need the space in case we would need to parallel park. Per our policy, we do not park in driveways. For safety, we will only park on the street or in a parking lot.
  • How do I book a party?
    You can book a party using the BOOK NOW button located on the website or by calling us at 216-276-4621. A deposit is required upon confirmation of your booking.
  • What is your refund/cancellation policy?
    Deposits are non-refundable. Once you have booked your event, we do not take any other bookings for that time frame and for that reason we are unable to refund the deposit. If there is inclement weather and we deem it unsafe for use, we will contact you to reschedule the event or a refund can be issued for these circumstances.
  • Do you service my area?
    We service the Greater Cleveland area within 25 miles of our home base of South Euclid. If your location is outside of this area, please contact us at 216-276-4621 for further assistance.
